Welcome to the parent club for the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka in North America. The mission of the North America Tsvetnaya Bolonka Club (NATBC) is to maintain a registry for the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka and preserve its integrity. Objectives of the  NATBC includes  advancing  the study, breeding, exhibiting, and maintenance of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.  The NATBC  sanctions dog events that promote interest in, and sustains the process of, breeding for type and function in the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.  The NATBC will take whatever actions necessary to protect and assure the continuation of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka .

The  NATBC recognizes that while all dogs are wonderful, purebred dogs are more predictable and make better pets thus perpetuating the human/animal bond.  The NATBC is committed to breeding for type and function in order to create, preserve and improve the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka as a companion dog suitable for the increasing modern urban population.

CSo what is exactly is a Tsvetnaya Bolonka? The Tsvetnaya Bolonka is a member of the bichon family that was almost extinct until after the Cold War. It is a small companion dog that is hypoallergenic, funny, clever beyond words and intensely loyal to its 'family'.
