Welcome to the registry and  parent club for the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka  Club of America  (RTBCA).
The mission of the Russian  Tsvetnaya Bolonka  Club of America (RTBCA)  is to maintain a registry for the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka and preserve its integrity. Objectives of the  RTBCA  includes  advancing  the study, breeding, exhibiting, and maintenance of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.  The RTBCA  sanctions dog events that promote interest in, and sustains the process of, breeding for type and function in the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka.  The RTBCA will take whatever actions necessary to protect and assure the continuation of the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka .

The core values of the   RTBCA  recognizes that while all dogs are wonderful, purebred dogs are more predictable and make better pets thus perpetuating the human/animal bond.  The RTBCA is committed to breeding for type and function in order to create, preserve and improve the Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonka as a companion dog suitable for the increasing modern urban population.

So what  exactly is a Tsvetnaya Bolonka? The Tsvetnaya Bolonka is a member of the bichon family that was almost extinct until after the Cold War. It is a small companion dog that is hypoallergenic, funny, clever beyond words and intensely loyal to its 'family'. Some are excellent 'mimics'; others are content to sit by the door and monitor who is allowed in or out. Is the Tsvetnaya Bolonka or Bolonka as we call it the dog for you? Peruse the RTBCA website to learn more about the breed and to determine if a bolonka will fit your life style.
